SUMMARY:WOMEN'S LEADERSHIP RETREAT® - Last Session of November Retreat
DESCRIPTION:The purpose of the Retreat is designed to have the conversations that powerful women need to have but rarely get the opportunity to have with each other.  This is an intensive 3-day Retreat. \nThe Retreat enables attendees to resolve any position of powerlessness they may have to making their full contribution at work and in life while using the spa facilities to reduce stress.  Women who attend the Women’s Leadership Retreat® come from the highest levels of their respective organizations.  Typically they have a large span of control over large numbers of people and/or projects. \nCompanies including Proctor & Gamble\, J&J\, Kimberly Clark\, and Mary Kay have sent women to this Retreat.  Most women who attend return to the next year’s Retreat. \nTopics change each year and build on the last year’s topics so there is a cumulative body of knowledge. \nTopics include: \n\nPurpose and how it drives your life\nCreating your reality through Intention & Declarations\nContext vs. Content\nThe Power of Declarations\nRecreating Your Definition of Who You Are\nInternal VS External Validation\nAcknowledgement\n\nCOURSE RESULTS:  \n\nProcessing the current issues you face professionally and what you will need to do\, say\, or be\, to deal with them so you can actualize your contribution.\nProcessing the current issues you face personally and what you will need to do\, say\, or be\, to deal with them so you can actualize your contribution.\nClarity about your purpose and the tools to live out of that.\n\nThe Retreat is limited to 12 women. DESCRIPTION:The power of living on purpose is immeasurable.  It energizes every part of our lives.  Most of us have had the experience of being “on purpose” where our life flows almost effortlessly.  Where our results are significant and things just seem to “come together”.  But what does it take to live that way all the time? Not just bump into it occasionally. \nMastery in relationships is critical sustaining being on purpose.  Living on purpose has to do with making a difference in people’s lives.  Great results cannot be produced alone.  We must have the skills to create and maintain relationships especially with people who do not see the world the way we do. \nAlso when you are out to make a difference you will run into resistance.  There will be conflict.  Our ability to resolve conflict in a way that preserves or even enhances relationships is crucial.  Leaving bodies in the wake to get the job done is off purpose. \nThis course teaches both what it takes to be on purpose and what real life skills are needed to create and maintain relationships in the very diverse\, chaotic\, world we live in. \n\n\n\n\n\nCourse Results: \n\nIndividuals will have a greater sense of satisfaction for their work and life in general.\nLeaders will change their leadership style away from command and control and toward relationship based management.\nParticipants will build strong\, healthy\, purpose based relationships that will build the foundation for building a high performing culture.\nIndividuals will have the skills necessary to build and maintain relationships necessary to produce results across cultures and generations.\nParticipants will have the skills and context to prevent burnout.\nGen Y’rs will feel the company understands them and what they need to stay for the long term.\nParticipants will understand themselves better and more accurately will be able to read and understand others.\n\n\n\n\n\n\nIn this course you will learn: \n\nHow to clarify your purpose and know how to recognize when you are on and off purpose.\nYou will understand how living life on purpose gives meaning and context to your whole life and all of life’s circumstances both good and bad.\nYou will learn the skills of listening and presence. Giving you the ability to create relationships rather than dependencies. Which will you the ability to empower the people around you rather than having to control their development.\nYou will learn how to resolve conflict in a way that enhances relationship and a commitment to a resolution for both sides.\nYou will understand how giftedness effects how you see yourself and others. This understanding reduces stress and misunderstandings that occur everyday.\nYou will understand how responsibly disclosing emotions creates relationship and reduces resistance.\nYou will understand how to integrate your successes into your self-esteem to build self-confidence commensurate with your competence.\nYou will learn how to build team/project/group purpose to add meaning and engagement to all activities\, for everyone on the team.This course is designed to build healthy strong sub cultures that will in turn shift the larger culture.The course is three days long. Maximum group size is 18.
