Robin is an Associate with Interface Consulting. She has gained a national reputation as a speaker, trainer, and facilitator specializing in coaching leaders to grow more productive organizations. She has a vast array of experience including 16 years in operations management and human resources for Fortune 500 companies where she led the achievement of industry-wide superior results. She has degrees in both Chemical Engineering and Administration.
Outside of work, she chairs several volunteer organizations, is a past President of Big Brothers and Sisters, and is the president of her Parent-Teacher organization.
